We believe volunteer service is not just for cost and services only but also for good co-operation & relation as well, which will be helpful for developing & promoting new ideas for the children welfare concern too. CWCS Nepal offers one of the most affordable program fees and we are committed to providing excellent, quality volunteer programs to all our participants best utilizing the money that we receive from them.

Our organization is working to change the lives of many poor orphans and abandoned in the community. So, we need your helping hand and support to succeed. Donations are always welcome and appreciated; we’re able to respond to the growing needs of our innocent kids because of the generosity of people like you.

We charge our volunteers a nominal amount for raising funds. We are trying very hard to keep our costs down because realizing the facts volunteers are making a big sacrifice and have saved for a long time to come to Nepal for volunteering.

Program Fees and Expenses.

Registration fee US$ 135 or Euro 95.

Cash payment can be made in US Dollars, Euros or Nepali Rupees. We also accept Western Union transfers. Although we do accept international bank wire transfers, but we discourage this due to the high cost of bank wire transfer fees.

The program fee covers:

Airport pick up from Kathmandu Airport.

Transport to and from the Project placement.

Accommodation and food during placement with a host family / hostel (Nepali standard 2 to 3 meals a day);

Intensive training and orientation appropriate to the length of your stay.

One day sight seeing in Kathmandu and it’s surrounding area.

CWCS Nepal staff visits to placement.

To support our CWCS Orphanage Center.

Stationeries during program induction;

Staff’s salary and skill development trainings.

Children aid health Camp.

Administration charge.

The program fee excludes the following:

Airfare (domestic & international flights).

Visa and Visa extension fee – (check with your embassy or Nepal Immigration for the latest fee structure);

Stationeries during volunteering period if you wish to use much;

Return / transportation to airport, airport taxes of 1,700 NPR (to be paid at the airport upon departure);

Transportation during weekends travel;

Entrance fees to the cultural Heritage sites – $22 max for main cultural sights;

Personal travel, sightseeing & adventure activities like (trekking, rafting, jungle safari etc);

Laundry, internet access, telephone, drinks or other costs accrued during training and placement;

Gifts to project staffs and host family, if you wish to buy any;

Insurances (medical, travel, personal belongings), immunization, health expenses;

Other expenses in incidental cases.

Cancellation fees:

Registration fees is non refundable.

Before starting training program – 50% Refund.

No money will be refunded once you start your placement.

No money will be refunded for a program of 2 weeks duration after commencement.
